Refunds

Once we receive your return and assess the condition of the item, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the date we receive the item to complete the return or exchange process. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Please Note

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Supreme Networks reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee under the following circumstances:

  • Missing or Altered Components: If any components are missing or have been altered in any way.
  • Defective/DOA Items: If you receive a non-functional or dead-on-arrival product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, if the item is determined to be in working order, a 50% RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) fee will be charged.
  • Post-Warranty RMA Eligibility: RMA claims submitted after the warranty period may not be eligible for all customers, although some exceptions may apply, typically within 30 to 45 days.
  • Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If the original packaging shows signs of damage or tampering.

Conditions for Denial of Replacement

A replacement may be denied in the following cases:

Mismatch with RMA Form: The item does not match the details provided in the RMA form.Physical Damage or Tampering: If the product has been physically damaged or tampered with.
